Cancellation requests received within this period may be processed without a cancellation fee if the order has not entered processing.
After two hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation. If cancellation is still possible after processing has begun, a cancellation-processing fee of up to 5% of the order value may apply where permitted by law.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must instead be handled under our Return & Exchange Policy.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Although we generally initiate approved refunds within 3–5 business days, the time required for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
These conditions do not restrict any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights available in your country or region.

Products marked as “Pre-Order” are not immediately available and require additional production or preparation time.
Estimated availability and dispatch dates are provided as a reference and may change because of manufacturing, quality-control, or logistics circumstances.
Pre-order cancellation, delays, address changes, and orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items are governed by our Pre-Order Policy.
